CONFLITOS ENTRE A PAUSA ERGONÔMICA DA NR 17 E AS DITREZES DO CCT DOS BANCÁRIOS
The article aims to analyze the applicability of ergonomic breaks provided by Regulatory Standard No. 17 (NR 17) in the banking sector, considering the updated wording by MTP Ordinance No. 423 of 2021. NR 17, which ensures adequate ergonomic conditions in the workplace, establishes specific breaks for workers performing repetitive activities and suffering from physical and mental overload. However, these prescriptions often conflict with the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) of bankers, negotiated between the National Federation of Banks (FENABAN) and trade unions. The article examines the impacts of this conflict, highlighting possible nonconformities and the legal and labor implications arising from this normative tension.
