The article deals with the system of customs authorities of the United Arab Emirates, in particular the customs of Dubai. The level of innovative development of customs authorities is described. Reviewed by Dubai Customs Strategic Plan 2021–2026. The innovations and advanced technologies used in customs activities are characterized.
