Effect of Vibration Gait Exercise on Ankle Joint Balance and Movement in Chronic Ankle Instability Soccer Athletes
The purpose of this study was to help prevent of the chronic ankle instability soccer athletes and improve their by investigating the vibration gait exercise on ankle joint balance and movement in chronic ankle instability soccer athletes.
In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 30 chronic ankle instability soccer athletes at S sports science lab located in C and D city, were selected at random and allocated 10 chronic ankle instability soccer athletes each for the Non Exercise Group (NEG), Ankle Band Group(ABG), Vibration Gait Exercise Group (VGEG) and measured kinematic ankle joint balance and movement before and after the experiment. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 statistical program the two-way repeated measures ANOVA and Bonferroni post-hoc test was performed.
The conclusions obtained through this study were as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the change of ankle joint balance to vibration gait exercise program, there were significantly improved in Up, Down, Left, Right in VGEG compared with NEG and ABG after 12 weeks. Second, as a result of analyzing the change of ankle joint movement to vibration gait exercise program, there were significantly improved in VGEG compared with NEG and ABG after 12 weeks.
As conclusions, this study confirmed that the vibration gait exercise program could improve the ankle joint balance and movement in chronic ankle instability in soccer athletes.
