Research trend analysis of 'Stroke Gait Training' Using Big Data-Based Textom Analysis
The purpose of this study was to identify the research trends and characteristics of gait rehabilitation for stroke patients in Korea using big data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the research field of gait rehabilitation for stroke patients in Korea is steadily growing, and the research on gait, balance, and lower extremity muscle strength is particularly prominent. Through keyword, centrality and N-gram analysis, balance, gait, treadmill training, strength training, rehabilitation methods using various new technologies such as rehabilitation robots and virtual reality were identified as key research areas. These results emphasized the importance of understanding various therapies to improve gait and reduce the risk of injury in stroke patients. In addition, this study can provide useful information to clinical rehabilitation researchers and stroke patients in Korea to develop optimal strategies for the direction of research on gait therapy for stroke patients. The utilization of big data analytics techniques will help to comprehensively understand the body of knowledge in this field, and future studies can build on these findings to further develop gait rehabilitation treatments for stroke patients.
