PSIKOTERAPI HIPNOTERAPI PADA PASIEN DENGAN AMNESIA DISOSIATIF: SEBUAH LAPORAN KASUS

Hypnotherapy is an effective modality of psychotherapy to address various psychological and emotional issues, including dissociative amnesia. This case report presents a 25-year-old patient with dissociative amnesia, which caused memory loss of his life from high school to his career as a soldier. The patient underwent several hypnotherapy sessions, including age regression, informed child therapy, and techniques such as desensitization and forgiveness to help address past traumas. Hypnotherapy effectively restored the patient’s memory gradually, supported by a work reassignment that offered increased comfort. This result highlights the significant role of hypnotherapy in treating dissociative amnesia and the influence of environmental support in the recovery process. ABSTRAKHipnoterapi adalah salah satu modalitas psikoterapi yang efektif dalam mengatasi berbagai gangguan psikologis dan emosional, termasuk amnesia disosiatif. Laporan kasus ini menggambarkan seorang pasien berusia 25 tahun dengan amnesia disosiatif yang menyebabkan hilangnya ingatan mengenai kehidupannya dari masa SMA hingga profesinya sebagai tentara. Pasien menjalani beberapa sesi hipnoterapi, mulai dari age regression, informed child therapy, hingga teknik desensitization dan forgiveness untuk membantu mengatasi trauma masa lalu. Hipnoterapi terbukti berhasil memulihkan ingatan pasien secara bertahap, didukung oleh keputusan mutasi yang memberikan kenyamanan lebih bagi pasien. Hasil ini menekankan peran penting hipnoterapi dalam terapi amnesia disosiatif dan pengaruh dukungan lingkungan dalam proses pemulihan.
