Inorganic‐Derived 0D Perovskite Induced Surface Lattice Arrangement for Efficient and Stable All‐Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cells (Adv. Mater. 45/2024)

Perovskite Solar Cells In article number 2408387, Jin Hyuck Heo, Fei Zhang, and co-workers present an inorganic 0D Cs4PbBr6 with a good lattice matching as the surface capping layer on the CsPbI3. This strategy effectively enhances charge extraction, suppresses non-radiative recombination, and significantly improves the device's performance (21.03 % for 0.12 cm2, 18.99% for 25 cm2, and 17.39 % for 64 cm2) and stability.

Abstract

Perovskite Solar Cells In article number 2408387, Jin Hyuck Heo, Fei Zhang, and co-workers present an inorganic 0D Cs4PbBr6 with a good lattice matching as the surface capping layer on the CsPbI3. This strategy effectively enhances charge extraction, suppresses non-radiative recombination, and significantly improves the device's performance (21.03 % for 0.12 cm2, 18.99% for 25 cm2, and 17.39 % for 64 cm2) and stability.
