Survival outcomes of lymph node dissection in early-stage epithelial ovarian cancer: identifying suitable candidates

For patients with early-stage ovarian cancer, lymph node dissection does not significantly improve progression-free or overall survival rates. Our findings suggest that individuals with clear cell carcinoma pathology have a higher probability of benefiting in terms of survival following lymph node dissection.
