High‐Entropy Metal‐Organic Frameworks (HEMOFs): A New Frontier in Materials Design for CO 2 Utilization (Adv. Mater. 45/2024)
High-Entropy Metal-Organic Frameworks In article number 2407435 by Dorina F. Sava Gallis, R. Eric Sikma, and co-workers, a design strategy is implemented for the synthesis of high-entropy metal-organic frameworks (HEMOFs) derived from polynuclear metal clusters containing as many as 15 unique metals. The complex metallic composition in HEMOFs creates a rich landscape of catalytic sites that enables the conversion of atmospheric CO2 into value-added chemical feedstocks.
