Niemann–Pick C1-like 1 as a Prognostic Marker in Renal Cell Carcinoma: A Retrospective Cohort Study
This study determines NPC1L1 as an independent prognostic indicator in RCC, with higher expression associated with poor survival outcomes. These findings suggest that NPC1L1 could serve as a valuable marker for identifying high-risk RCC patients. Further research is required to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the role of NPC1L1 in RCC progression.
