Prática como pesquisa: provocações de um lugar escuro e afromatizado
This article seeks to share notes on the context of artistic practice as research. It is based on the assumption that the body of african and indigenous descent expresses a field of poetic resistance through the production of gestures that combat historical violence. It highlights the interest in practice as dance research, guided by an afromatized perspective, as a phenomenon that challenges colonial heritages. To this end, the discussion revolves around rest as a strategy for creation and deceleration as an aesthetic proposition for research. In addition, the artistic practice Refluxo is presented as a project linked to the reimagining of the world.
