The reforms following Law No. 13,467/2017, which implemented the laws and principles that protect workers, caused great debates about their implementation in employee rights, especially in intermittent work contracts. This article checks and detects new rules that may be harmful in judicial interpretations to workers by the Superior Labor Court. It analyzes how these interpretations affect the rights of workers working under the systems and the general social and economic scenario in Brazil. Therefore, the main objective is to review the literature and analyze workers’ sentences to determine how (TST) and different courts in Rio Grande do Sul and Roraima interpret and apply new rules and the impacts of these rules, decisions to protect workers’ rights . The results show that this trend towards unstable employment relationships highlights the legal insecurity and economic precariousness of intermittent workers.
