Structure of a Software - Hardware Complex for the Study of Ferroelectrics
The work presents a software-hardware complex that allows for the determination of electrical parameters of ferroelectric materials with high accuracy. Thanks to the software, the obtained data can be processed and the electrophysical properties of ferroelectric elements can be effectively studied. The software-hardware complex consists of a measurement unit, a computer, and specialized software. This software enables the processing of data obtained from measurements, analysis of these data, and provision of information about the results of electrical parameter measurements on the samples under investigation. What sets this software-hardware system apart is its modification of the Sawyer-Tower measurement circuit, which enhances the efficiency of the measurements and reduces methodological errors associated with measuring electrical parameters. When using the principle of information redundancy, the modified Sawyer-Tower circuit method helps to increase the accuracy of measurements four times compared to other measurement methods. Thanks to this developed measuring device, we can solve the problem of increasing the accuracy of measuring the electrophysical parameters of ferroelectric films (and other ferroelectrics with different sizes). To indirectly measure the electrophysical characteristics of a sample, we need to measure electrical and physical parameters that allow us to calculate the electrophysical ones. To achieve these goals, precision measurements of the temperature spectra of depolarization currents (stimulated by temperature) are used.
