Parameter Adjustment of the Pompilio Propagation Model for Coastal RF Transmission Systems
Requirements such as availability, reliability, and scalability are essential to achieve the stringent performance targets established for a radio link project. This work proposes a methodology for the parameterization and adjustment of a new propagation model called the Pompilio Propagation Model (PPM). This radio frequency (RF) propagation model is ideal for communication in coastal regions, utilizing the 4 and 5 GHz spectrum bands, and is implemented through a commercial computational tool for empirical RF prediction.
