CONTRATO DE TRABALHO COM ALTO RISCO EM PLATAFORMAS DE PETRÓLEO: MUDANÇAS OCORRIDAS NO PÓS-PANDEMIA DE COVID-19

Labor Law has been undergoing transformations, especially in recent years, and these changes are mainly justified by the increase in the number of jobs and economic growth. The Labor Reform was carried out in 2017 and, during the pandemic caused by Covid-19, several Provisional Measures were published, once again changing labor standards. What we see in practice is a growing precariousness of the workforce, incompatible with constitutional social principles and with the fundamental values guided by the ILO Conventions, running counter to what can effectively generate economic growth. The rights that underwent changes during this period were teleworking; the anticipation of individual vacations; the granting of collective vacations; the use and anticipation of holidays; the time bank; the suspension of administrative requirements in occupational health and safety; the deferral of the collection of the Severance Pay Guarantee Fund (FGTS); the reduction of working hours and the suspension of the employment contract. Its objective is to: characterize what a high-risk employment contract is on oil platforms and the changes that have occurred in the post-COVID-19 pandemic period. The methodology used was a descriptive and exploratory literature review.
