THE PHENOMENON OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIONS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF LEARNING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL

Statement of the problem. Recognition at the state level of the practicality of introducing a foreign language and the peculiarities of its study in the New Ukrainian School is relevant because it affects the modern format of studying an educational discipline in the educational institutions of Ukraine. The educational process is the natural development of the individual in a specially arranged educational environment, since the formation of life competence of the student of education, mastering of life skills are at the level of priority in a modern institution of general secondary education. The system of relationships, and the high-quality functioning of mechanisms and subsystems that stimulate this development, give an individual the opportunity to satisfy his life needs.
