Potential diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and ulcerative colitis based on bioinformatics analysis and machine learning
This study identified a gene (<i>CCL2</i>) as a biomarker for NAFLD and UC, which may actively participate in the progression of NAFLD and UC. This discovery holds significant implications for understanding the progression of these diseases and potentially developing more effective diagnostic and treatment strategies.
