Foundation Source acquires Vennfi

Foundation Source, a leading provider of cloud‐based software for private foundations and planned giving, has acquired Vennfi, the financial technology company powering Charityvest, a leading donor‐advised fund sponsor. According to Foundation Source, the acquisition will allow it to leverage Vennfi's donor‐advised fund (DAF) functionality to provide modern giving experiences and create new opportunities for innovation and growth in the philanthropic sector.
