The Role of 5G and 6G Mobile Communication Technologies for Industry 4.0 and the Transition to Industry 5.0
The process of development of Industry 4.0 and the continuous transition to Industry 5.0 is scientifically substantiated, the socio-economic consequences of digital transformation and the requirements of new industrial production for the development of infrastructure and technological capabilities of mobile communication networks of recent generations are formulated. A comprehensive approach is proposed to clarify the key points, structures, elements, dynamics of the phases of actualization of the latest industrial changes and to assess the role of the latest mobile communication generations in these changes. As part of this approach, progress in the technical parameters of mobile communication standards in terms of speed, volume and reliability of data transmission makes it possible to clarify the functional and technological evolution of services and products within 5G and 6G networks.
