Aortic Pseudoaneurysm After Valve-in-Valve TAVR
A 72-year-old man with a history of aortic valve replacement (AVR), mitral valve (MV) repair, and recent valve-in-valve transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) presented with <i>Staphylococcus capitis</i> bacteremia. Computed tomography (CT) and fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (18F-FDG PET) imaging noted a pseudoaneurysm, and he successfully underwent TAVR explant with aortic root and valve replacement.
