All patients were smokers with an average consumption of 51.85 (±32) pack-years. Sixty percent were in stage 4A versus 40% in stage 4B. The adenocarcinoma was the most common histological type (67.5%). The metastases were discovered before the diagnosis of the primary tumor in 27.5% of cases. The cancer was mono metastatic in 57.5% of cases, the most frequent site was cerebral 15%. In cases of multiple metastases, the average number was 2.58 metastasis, the pleural site was dominant 20% of the time.
