Lower GCS scores elevate pulmonary infection risks from environmental or oral bacteria aspiration.

Patients with MDRO infection, especially those with multiple hospitalizations, have increased risks due to individual factors, antimicrobial drug use, and healthcare-associated hand hygiene. Lower GCS scores elevate pulmonary infection risks from environmental or oral bacteria aspiration.
