Clinical Utility of Polygenic Risk Scores for Embryo Selection: A Points to Consider Statement of the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG)
(Abstracted from Genet Med 26:101052) Polygenic risk scores (PRSs) quantify the combined associations of multiple single nucleotide variations in an individual’s genome to estimate their likelihood of developing certain diseases based on population data. Although PRS availability for adults is currently limited, it is expected to grow.
