Pharmacological inhibition of KSper impairs flagellar pH homeostasis of human spermatozoa

Our results demonstrate that hKSper inhibition evokes flagellar pHi acidification of human spermatozoa, suggesting that flagellar pHi maintenance is an important signaling mechanism of hKSper on the regulation of sperm functions.
