BIOAUTOGRAPHIC EVALUATION OF PLANTAGO MAJOR IN THE PREVENTION OF DENTAL CARIES
The study evaluated the efficacy of Plantago major L. extract against Streptococcus mutans, highlighting its potential as a natural alternative for controlling dental caries. Although the extract showed smaller inhibition zones compared to chlorhexidine, the results indicate its viability as a therapeutic option for oral health.
