RESEARCH ON THE MECHANISM OF WORK STRESS IMPACT ON THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS UNSAFE BEHAVIOR

In order to deeply explore the relationship between work stress and the unsafe behavior of construction workers, a questionnaire survey was used. First, select individual job burnout as an intermediary variable based on their work characteristics and literature research; establish a hypothesis model of the influence of work stress on the unsafe behavior of construction workers; Using the mature psychological scale, conduct reliability validity analysis using SPSS 26.0 and Mplus 8.3, establish the regression model, and verify the research hypothesis. The results show that work stress and job burnout affect the unsafe behaviors of construction workers. It is suggested that construction enterprises should prevent unsafe behaviors among workers by alleviating work stress and reducing job burnout.
