A STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE MECHANISM OF ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ON THE INNOVATION CAPABILITY OF WORKERS’ KNOWLEDGE
This study investigates how work pressure influences the innovative behavior of R&D personnel in enterprises. The resource conservation theory categorizes work pressure into two types: challenging and blocking, and examines their direct influence on the innovative behavior of R&D personnel, along with the mediating role of work vitality and work burnout. We further explore the moderating role of organizational support and organizational error management. We collect data through questionnaire surveys and perform empirical analysis using statistical tools like SPSS. The research results help enterprises better understand and manage the work pressure of R&D personnel, thereby promoting the generation of innovative behavior.
