Vision-Related Quality of Life After Fyodorov–Zuev Keratoprosthesis in China
VR-QoL in patients with bilateral corneal blindness was significantly impaired but improved after Fyodorov-Zuev (MICOF) KPro implantation. Improvement in VR-QoL was inversely associated with postoperative VA of the operative eye but positively correlated with preoperative VA of the fellow eye. This study affirmed that Fyodorov-Zuev (MICOF) KPro was an effective alternative for patients with corneal blindness with respect to VR-QoL.
