Bioelectronic Sutures with Electrochemical pH‐Sensing for Long‐Term Monitoring of the Wound Healing Progress (Adv. Funct. Mater. 40/2024)
Bioelectronic Sutures In article number 2402501, Jung Seung Lee, Jaehong Lee, and co-workers introduce a flexible pH-sensing suture that simultaneously serves as both a bioelectronic pH sensor for continuous wound monitoring and a conventional medical suture. This dual-function bioelectronic suture is effectively applied to a wound model, enabling continuous monitoring of inflammation state throughout the healing period.
