Optimal Scheduling Strategy for Electric Vehicles Considering User Defaults
In order to avoid the harm caused by uncontrolled charging and discharging of EVs to the power grid, this paper takes the EV charging and discharging scheduling within the microgrid (MG) as the research object and establishes a two-stage scheduling of “scheduling center-EV aggregator” and “EV aggregator-EV”, taking the differences in user behaviors and the influence of uncertainty of default into account.”In the first stage, minimizing the operating cost of microgrids is the research objective; in the second stage, the dispatch strategy that takes into account the charging state of EVs is based on scheduling priority, with the highest benefit of EVs as the objective. The user default criterion as well as the response strategy in the scheduling plan are proposed, and a microgrid system containing wind turbines, PV, users, and EVs is built in the MATLAB platform, and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by the improved genetic algorithm.
