Analysis of Improvement Effects in Strategic Emerging Industries Based on the Combined Coefficient Method
This paper evaluates the improvement effects of strategic emerging industries (SEIs) using the entropy weight method, coefficient of variation method, and combined coefficient method. The study highlights that the “New Energy Vehicles” sector consistently scores highest across all methods, particularly with a score of 0.5007 in the coefficient of variation method, reflecting its strong market potential and growth momentum. Conversely, the “Marine Equipment” sector shows the lowest scores, indicating challenges and a relatively weaker position within SEIs. Additionally, a text analysis of enterprise feedback emphasizes the importance of “Training,” “Improvement,” “Quality,” and “Certification” in the enhancement actions. The findings suggest that government and relevant agencies should tailor their support to address the specific needs of underperforming sectors while focusing on key areas identified by enterprises, particularly in training and policy incentives, to ensure sustainable and high-quality development.
