An Optimization Method for the Layout of Large Spacecraft Payload Compartment Considering Heat Dissipation and Mass Center Constraints
Payload compartment layout design for large-scale spacecraft is a critical engineering task of spacecraft's overall design. With the increasing complexity and technical requirements of spacecraft engineering tasks, it has become a key factor affecting the overall performance of spacecraft. This paper proposes a two-stage layout optimization algorithm that decomposes the complex high-dimensional multi-constraint optimization problem into a two-stage series layout optimization method. In the first stage, the rational allocation relationship between equipment and heat pipes is effectively determined using integer programming technology. In the second stage, the optimization of mass center design is achieved by fine-tuning the movement range of components. This paper verifies the ability of the algorithm to handle large-scale complex design problems through a payload compartment layout design case involving 119 pieces of equipment, demonstrating its good engineering application prospects.
