Vibration Measurement Method Based on FBG Non-Interventional Axial Piston Pump
For the fault diagnosis and location of mechanical equipment, one of the most important sources of information is the vibration signal. In order to avoid the tedious operation of disassembling mechanical equipment required in the previous diagnostic process, this paper proposes for the first time that fiber grating sensor can be used for non-interventional vibration measurement of hydraulic pump, which makes great use of the characteristics of high measurement sensitivity, good stability, corrosion resistance and electromagnetic interference resistance of fiber sensing. In this paper, the principle of Fiber Bragg Grating vibration sensing was analyzed, a double-equal-strength cantilever beam type Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) vibration sensor was designed, its structure was simulated and sensor sampling points are optimally arranged. The conclusion of this paper can provide theoretical support for non-interventional fault diagnosis and location and condition monitoring of hydraulic pump.
