Experimental Study of Azimuth Angle Measurement System of Photoelectric Sensor Based on Arduino
In recent years, with the rapid advancement of unmanned systems, particularly unmanned aerial vehicles and autonomous vehicles, the accurate collection of external information has become essential. In this paper, we proposed a method for non-contact azimuth measurement using Arduino chip board and photoelectric sensor. This method used a photoelectric sensor to collect angle information and transmit the information to an Arduino chip board, where the data was processed internally and the measured azimuth angle was displayed on an LCD display. The experimental model was built, and the sweeping angle of the optical transmitter, the receiving azimuth angle range of the optical receiver and the reception intensity test were studied in combination with software and hardware facilities, so as to solve the problems of the best detection and identification angle and azimuth angle measurement of the photoelectric sensor. It provides data support for relevant scholars to carry out sensitivity tests of photoelectric sensors under large-angle and long-distance conditions.
