In the current complex economic environment, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have become a significant force in national economic and social development, playing a crucial role in driving economic growth, promoting employment, and enhancing market vitality. This paper analyzes the effect of quality Certification Enhancement for micro and small enterprises in the three major national economic sectors based on the satisfaction index evaluation model. Through model construction and empirical analysis of 20,197 questionnaire data from 31 provinces (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), the overall satisfaction index of the improvement actions in different sectors was studied. The results show that the satisfaction with the improvement actions is generally high across the three major sectors, with the highest satisfaction in the secondary sector, exceeding 75%. The professional capabilities of certification agencies rank first in the satisfaction index, while government incentive policies rank lowest. This study provides new perspectives and policy recommendations for future quality improvement of micro and small enterprises.
