Gray-Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation based on Methodology Assessment of Carbon Reduction Benefits of Power Grid Project Research
In order to improve the comprehensiveness, systematicity and objectivity of the existing evaluation methods of carbon reduction benefits of power grid projects, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on gray system theory is proposed in the paper. By studying the selection of indicators at the levels of environmental protection benefits, grid safety and reliability, and economic benefits, a multi-level evaluation index system for the carbon reduction benefits of power grid projects is constructed. And based on the gray system theory to determine the weight of indicators, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established. At the same time, the grid project cases are selected for verification, which proves that the model can scientifically and reasonably determine the weights of the indicators, thus providing support for the evaluation and continuous optimization of the carbon reduction benefit of the grid project.
