Research on Optimization Model of Depreciation Life of Power Grid Equipment
The scale of equipment assets of power grid companies is huge, and the depreciation life of the assets directly affects the calculation of depreciation expense and electricity price, which in turn affects the rational allocation of power resources. At present, there is an obvious gap between the regulatory depreciation life and the actual depreciation life of transmission, transformation and distribution equipment assets, resulting in a year-on-year increase in the percentage of power equipment assets that have been fully depreciated but are still operating in the grid. The adjustment of depreciable life of grid equipment not only affects the approval of grid costs, but also affects the service life of power equipment, which in turn affects the operational risk of the power system. In order to adapt to the regulatory requirements and changes in internal and external situations, this paper takes into account the whole life cycle cost of grid equipment and the risk of grid operation, and takes the optimization model of depreciable life of grid equipment with the optimization objective of minimizing the comprehensive cost. The model can reasonably assess the optimal depreciable life of grid equipment assets, which provides important references for power grid companies in designating depreciation policies.
