Optimal Scheduling of Hybrid Energy Storage System Considering Economy and Wind Power Dissipation

Most wind energy storage scheduling studies start from the economic operating cost or environmental protection cost, and the scheduling scheme lacks research on the benefits of energy storage investment enterprises and wind power consumption. Considering the effects of energy storage economic benefits and wind power digestion on scheduling, a wind power hybrid energy storage optimization scheduling method based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. Firstly, a hybrid energy storage scheme of battery and supercapacitor is established. Secondly, based on the influence factors of time-share selling and price difference, the optimal scheduling model with the maximum economic benefit of energy storage and the maximum resolution of wind power is established. Finally, an improved optimization algorithm based on particle swarm optimization is proposed, which introduces Pareto sorting and crowding sorting, and carries out theoretical analysis and simulation verification. The results show that when only the maximum economic benefits of energy storage are considered, the benefits of energy storage are significantly increased, and the digestion is significantly increased when only the maximum wind power digestion is considered, and both the maximum economic benefits of energy storage and the maximum wind power digestion are considered, good optimization results are obtained for both goals.
