Waveguide Bandpass Filter Design for Millimeter-Wave Front-End System

This paper presents the design of a waveguide filter for millimeter-wave front-end systems. The design methodology and process of the waveguide filter are introduced. Taking a 45 GHz waveguide filter as an example, after design, simulation, and optimization, the filter achieves: center frequency of 45 GHz, bandwidth of 400 MHz, and return loss better than 21 dB.
