Research on Optimal Control of Intelligent Substation SCD File

Due to the inconsistency between the management and control of the configuration file of the smart substation and the on-site situation, the audit of the configuration file varies from person to person, and there are often loopholes, resulting in risks in the normal operation of the smart substation, which is easy to cause the occurrence of protection refusal or misoperation, increasing the loss of the substation load and expanding the scope of fault. Therefore, this paper proposes a smart substation SCD file optimization management and control scheme, collects virtual terminal configuration files of all smart devices in smart substation, adopts the new SCD file management and control server to convert the summoned virtual terminal configuration file format, realizes the configuration file comparison and check functions, records and generates alarms for matching different virtual terminals. Inform smart substations of potential hazards in a timely manner.
