Predicting Heart Disease Holistically: A Machine Learning Approach

In this study predicting heart disease by harnessing machine learning algorithms. By integrating a diverse array of patient data encompassing demographics, medical history, lifestyle factors, and biomarkers, the model aims to capture the complex nature of cardiovascular health. Utilizing a dataset comprising detailed patient profiles, we employ feature engineering to extract pertinent information and preprocess the data for predictive modelling. Numerous machine learning methods, such as neural networks, decision trees, random forests, and logistic regression, are trained and assessed to identify the most effective predictive model. Furthermore, ensemble techniques are investigated to enhance predictive performance and reliability. The findings illustrate the effectiveness of this comprehensive approach, as the developed model achieves high the precision, sensitivity, and specificity of heart disease prediction. By encompassing a broad spectrum of factors influencing cardiovascular health, this framework provides a robust tool for risk assessment and personalized intervention strategies. This study advances our understanding of predictive analytics in healthcare, equipping clinicians with valuable insights for early detection and proactive management of heart disease.
