Research on Grid Scheduling and Market Trading Mechanism Under Distributed PV Participation
The vigorous development of distributed photovoltaic, under the double impact of energy crisis and environmental pollution, has reached a worldwide consensus. However, the large volatility and uncertainty of distributed PV access to the grid will have a huge impact on the safe operation of the grid. Based on this, this paper analyzes distributed PV market trading and consumption and grid dispatching, summarizes three key issues of distributed PV power grid connection under the current market mechanism, and proposes a more suitable over-grid fee mechanism, nearby consumption mechanism and power balance model for distributed PV development, in order to enhance users' trading enthusiasm and trading revenue in the market, promote distributed PV consumption, and drive distributed PV industry development.
