Radar Signal Parameter Estimation Algorithm Based on the Least Square Method in Ground Clutter Background
The separation of target and clutter signals is critical to radar signal processing. In this paper, given the problem that the efficiency of the traditional cancellation method is usually low and the Doppler shift of the target signal cannot be obtained when the environmental clutter signal is similar to the target radar signal, the background of the blind speed effect is simulated by selecting several unequal adjacent pulse intervals. Then, we use the least-squares method to establish an optimization model of the mixed signal. The gradient descent method is used to estimate the parameters of the two signals in the optimization model, to separate the target signal and the clutter signal. The experimental results show that the proposed method can estimate the relevant parameters of the target signal and clutter signal quickly and accurately under the same SNR, proving the proposed method's effectiveness.
