AI Bots: Navigating the Next Wave of Innovation

The field of artificial intelligence bots, which includes ChatGPT, Brad, Google Assistant, Siri, and Amazon Alexa, is examined in this review study. The main goals are to look at advances in natural language processing, user experiences, moral issues, and possible directions for the future. From a methodological perspective, a thorough review of the literature is carried out, with studies arranged according to topics and approaches in order to summarize important discoveries. Notable developments in transformer-based models, encouraging user patterns, and moral dilemmas are emphasized. Comparing various studies, the review highlights how they all acknowledge ethical considerations and use similar evaluation methods. Research directions to improve inclusion, investigate negative user experiences, and strengthen ethical frameworks are suggested by gaps in the literature that have been identified, such as the underrepresentation of certain user categories and the emphasis on short-term assessments. In the end, this article acts as a road map for scholars and industry professionals, providing an understanding of the present situation with AI bots and suggesting paths for their appropriate integration into various social situations.
