Individualized Guidance in Yoga Practice: A Comparative Analysis of Technology Solutions
The most recent developments in yoga pose identification and correction systems are discussed in depth throughout this in-depth assessment. In it, the benefits and drawbacks of these systems are analysed, with particular emphasis placed on the requirement for enhanced real-time feedback and precision in pose identification. The report also draws attention to the possibility of providing individualised advice for yoga practice. By contrasting these technologies with well-known fitness applications, it highlights some of the apps' and technologies' shared flaws. The analysis provides suggestions for holistic approaches that can make yoga practice more efficient. These approaches take into account sophisticated pose identification algorithms, adaptive learning, and personalised recommendations. This paper aims to improve vulnerability identification and advance yoga improvement technologies that increase yoga practitioners' well-being worldwide. This effort aspires to inspire future advances in the discipline, with the end goal of improving the experience of yoga for all who practice it.
