Numerical simulation analysis of flow-accelerated corrosion in low-pressure pipelines of gas waste heat boilers
Combined with a domestic gas-steam combined cycle, unit waste heat boiler low-pressure evaporator rising tube due to flow accelerated corrosion occurs "burst" phenomenon, based on the accident unit using numerical simulation of 90° tube flow accelerated corrosion was analyzed and discussed. Analyze the causes of corrosion and, at the same time, discuss measures to prevent flow-accelerated corrosion in combined-cycle waste heat boilers.
