AN ENTROPIC APPROACH TO FORECASTING PROFITS FROM THE SALE OF INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN THE NORTHWESTERN FEDERAL DISTRICT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The influence of entropy processes in the economy on the profit from the sale of an innovative product (service) is researched, regardless of whether the product creates a new market in the economy of the Northwestern Federal District, or occupies a niche in the established market. The state of the product is described by a vector-matrix differential equation, which can be expressed by a system of differential equations, one of which describes the change in profit. The equation con- tains random components, which are proposed to be determined using Kolmogorov entropy. The implementation of the pro- posed approach will make it possible to develop procedures for an information system of analytics, marketing and promotion of innovation.
