MODELING THE PROPERTIES OF AN ENTERPRISE AS A SUBJECT OF THE INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL SPATIALLY LOCALIZED SUBSYSTEMS

The article reveals the concept of a spatially localized subsystem in the context of the theory of subregional eco- nomic localizations, as well as the associated “agglomeration effect”, which substantiates the role of such subsystems as cen- tral elements in the theory and practice of regional management. The stages of development of a methodology for account- ing for the intellectual capital of spatially localized subsystems based on quantum mathematics are presented. An algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of socio-economic development of spatially localized subsystems, based on the use of chaos theory methods, is substantiated. The result of the study was a conceptual model of the mutual influence of the enterprise and the information environment with an emphasis on identifying directions for innovative development.
