Overall design and structural finite element analysis of deep-sea mining test device
Abstract In order to support the experimental research and optimization of the deep-sea mining acquisition device, the overall design of a test device capable of carrying multiple acquisition heads was carried out. The design is divided into three parts: the bearing system of the device, the acquisition system, and the data collection system. It also includes the layout scheme of instruments and equipment such as flowmeter and pressure sensor. The experimental platform of simulation acquisition is constructed. The strength and stiffness of the main structure of each system are analyzed and optimized. The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the test device can meet the test requirements. The structural arrangement of the device meets the requirements of the test function, which provides a reference for the application design of similar devices.
