This entry highlights an innovative approach to mentoring that maximizes participant energy and company culture engagement, aligning with the standard mentoring benefits recognized by 84% of FORTUNE 500 companies (Gross 2023). An inclusive, diverse workforce needs mentoring to promote individual growth, job satisfaction and talent retention.
