A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ON QUALITY OF WORK LIFE IN AXIS GLOBAL AUTOMATION CHENNAI

This study investigates a study on quality of work life on axis global automation Chennai.Axis Global Automation Group of Companies is one of India's leading Industrial Automation and Robotics Engineering Solution provider.The company is the industry channel partner for Yaskawa Global (Yaskawa Motoman) in India.Key industries catered to include automotive industries, manufacturing and process industries, food & beverage industries, oil & gas, chemical, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries.The company has six branches across the globe and has operations in the Middle East.The primary objective is to analyze the Quality of Work Life for the employees of axis global automation, while secondary objective includes To study the relationship between organization support and Job satisfaction and to analyze the working condition of the company.A descriptive research design was employed, and a non-probability method was used to collect primary data from 150 respondents through questionnaire.The findings are analyzed using statistical tools such as ANOVA, CHI-SQUARE, SIMPLE PERCENTAGE ANALYSIS.This study's limitations includes the individual perspective appears to be different and some of the respondents are hesitated to tell the truth so that it may result in wrong statistical data.
